I'm Steve Myers, owner of the Team Technology website.

This blog is dedicated to the Team Technology Survey system (TTS).  TTS will consist of a series of questionnaires that are designed to help you - a team leader, consultant or team member - to improve teamwork.

At present, we have a "beta" system.  This means it is a system in development that we are trying out.  However, it is fully functional, and available for you to use in assessing the types of dynamics that may be occurring in your team.

At the moment there is only one questionnaire in the system, the Team Dynamics Assessment.  However, we aim to expand the range of questionnaires over time.

Over the coming weeks and months I'll post some information about this questionnaire and system, and hope that you'll provide some constructive feedback on how it can be improved.
